Moving Home - Primary account holder

I am due to be moving shortly.  I have Sky broadband and Sky + with a dish.  We are moving to a property where we cannot have a dish so will need Sky Stream I think.  I am the only account holder but when I sign in it states that I have to be the primary account holder to request the move home service.   I have tried endless times.  I probably need to speak to someone as we have the issue with the dish but can't get any info as it keeps refusing to let me proceed.

Have you setup a secondry account, as this sound like your not signing on with the primary account
