I have Missing channels and have already tried turning it off and waiting still when rebooted they are not there?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you're seeing a 'no satellite signal' message on the missing channels, it's probably because your dish is slightly out of alignment. Unfortunately Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ equipment unless you have Sky Protect, so you would need to engage a local satellite engineer to take a look.
Or perhaps upgrade to Sky Q or Stream.
