Malty room problem

My maltie room box isont working

as a message saying Accessibilty on Sky is permently on the screen& is stuck on settings.

First thing to try is turning off at the plug for 4 minutes.

hi @MarryJane65 

 

I suspect you have SKY Q - if this is the case:

 

This message seems to have caused a bit of a quirk so try this:

Press & hold 4 & 6 on the remote to set to Infrared only (so must have line of sight of the box)

Hopefully you can then dismiss the message

Then try re-pairing in bluetooth mode with the box by pressing & holding 1 & 3 together

If this does not work try a full remote reset by pressing & holdng 7 & 9 until the red led above the SKY logo button flashes 4 times

Then try the 1&3 to re-pair & pair with the TV
