Sky + box Sky Signature package

Live pause not working

Recording not working (old recordings available)

Catch up not working

No access to account details.

Error message check sky viewing card.

Tried services, hekp, Sky+ Rebuild - not worked.

Tried ringing, bot messaged me with unrelated messages.
