My sky box was delivered on December 20th without the chip and I have called Sky several times to address this issue. However, Sky has not resolved this issue.
There was no service from Sky TV throughout this Christmas
I request that the issue is resolved ASAP

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@RebeccaAdjartey bit confused here. Was this a replacement Sky Q box? New boxes are installed by a Sky engineer who bring a Viewing Card with them.
