Sky planner not working to watch recorded programmes

What happens when you try to play a recording? Error message?

Hi

We have same problem go to planner and recordings just get spinning wheel and please wait message,  nothing else cant pause, rewind etc

.Phone line has 40 minute wait time so much for being diamond vip customers what a joke
