I have paired my card but I've got a message onscreen that says, request was successful, your channels will be available shortly. That was 4 hours ago. Help please

If this is a different Sky box to the one the card was originally paired to then you will no longer be able to pair it as the card is locked to the single box it was pair to at the end of October this year
