I've had my remote for over 8yrs now an the numbers etc are all worn out. I'm now blind in one eye and need to see the digits clearly. Don't seem to be able to speak to a person that can help

I'm not sure Sky supply remotes any more for Sky+ /HD and the boxes themselves haven't been made for over 6 years but you can buy them in a lot of larger supermarkets and Argos etc.

Try Amazon or your local Asda, Tesco, Argos etc...

@Joygib it looks like Sky may still be able to provide a replacement. Give them a call to see if they have one (but you could buy one more cheaply elsewhere, as @Annie+UK posted).
