How do I access HBO Max content on a Sky+ HD box.....?

I'm in the same situation - all the HBO content is missing from searches and box sets even though it should be included in my subscription. Sky prices going up again shortly. First Eurosport goes, now HBO stuff. Paying more for less and less. Bye bye Sky.

There is no way to search it at present but it should be listed under both catchup and Boxsets as it is for me in the same way you can see Paramount+ listed down the left hand side

HBO Max is listed in box sets and catch up as well as Paramount +. BUT The Pitt is not shown anywhere

I've emailed Viewer Relations and asked behind the scenes on here. Will post back when I get a reply.

Same here. The only reason I've kept Sky is for access to series like the Wire and Sopranos. If they're gone, I have no further need for the "service".

Update: I've found HBO Max in my Sky+ menu in both Sky Boxsets and Catch Up tiles. I managed to find and download the next episode of the Wire, which is the good news. The bad news is that none of the things in the HBO section of Boxsets/Catch Up show up in the Sky search function so I had to scroll though the entire HBO catalogue to find what I was looking for. Worse still is the fact that the episodes are only referred to by title and are not numbered or divided up into series/seasons (they are at least in the right order as far as I can see). Please can Sky sort this out!

@rjc1692 Probably best to keep Sky+HD info on the thread on the Sky+HD Forum so as not to confuse the Stream customers on here.

Thank you for your email to Sky regarding the Free HBO Max content available through the Sky+HD equipment.

HBO Max content, including how it is categorised, is supplied by HBO Max, not Sky.

I am sorry to read you are finding the layout of HBO Max content difficult to navigate.

As the Sky+HD equipment is at end of its life cycle and is no longer supported by Sky, since 2022, you may wish to look into the option of upgrading to Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass. This will allow you to access the HBO Max app, amongst other apps, where you will have access to all the content from HBO Max.

Should you wish to look into your options please contact Customer Services or visit the Sky.com website.

Thanks for the update albeit not great news. Seems the catch up & box set sections are the same as well. All older material mainly, at least no ads on a couple of films I downloaded. Shame no sign of The Pitt as that would be good if it was there.

Also, appears there is a lack of details of what season or episode listed per series eg Peacemaker no idea what season they have on there.
