Our remote control appears to have stopped working all of a sudden. None of the buttons work except the volume buttons. If I press ? a red light comes on the remote control but no red light comes on when we press all the other buttons. Just put brand new batteries in and still does not work. Tried pressing the 7 and 9 together, red light blinks but remote still does not work. Then pressed 1 and 3, red light blinks but remote still does not work. Help?
