Help recently moved house sky installation due on Monday. Boxes still not unpacked. What do I need in place fir the installation. Have tried calling. Chat with help aid but nothing giving any info. Phone line- phone Tv but anything else?????

If you use On Demand it would be helpful to have your broadband up and running. Assuming you have Sky+, where you've posted, you'll need your Sky box, obviously.
