Have sky+ and trying to download a film - getting the message failed Rec technical fault - 11(266)

Technical fault error message on sky+ while trying to download a film - any clues or tips on what to do to try and fix it?

It is probably due to the issue being discussed in the above thread that has so far been and issue for 2 weeks.
