Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more
  1. Turn off your TV and Sky box at the mains
  2. Wait 5 minutes
  3. Turn on the TV
  4. Wait for the TV to fully come on
  5. Turn the Sky box on
  6. Wait for the Sky box to fully come on (you may need to take the box out of standby after a couple of minutes)
