Hard disk problem

No Sky channels appear at all when we switch on the tv. The Sky remote won't switch on the tv. Before the channels disappeared there was an error msg on the screen saying "there is a problem with the hard disk".

That sounds terminal. As Sky no longer support Sky+ and you can no longer pair your viewing card with an alternative Sky+ box you may need to consider your options of:

 

upgrading to Sky Q or

changing to Stream
