Hi all my sky box is showing hard disk drive problem and I cannot record

If you have menu access you could try a full system reset as a last resort, but I'm afraid it looks as though your Sky+ box has had it and you'll need to upgrade to Sky Q or Sky Stream.

 

To try a full system reset key Service,0,0,1,Select on your remote to get to the Installer Menu where you'll find the reset option.
