We got a new internet set up couple months again, the person moved our box near the front door, we then had to get a lead ourselves. We have been on holiday just managed to sort and attach the lead and it's coming up hard disk drive error

@Paul980 I'm guessing it's your broadband Hub placed nearer the front door, rather than your Sky+ box. There’s no connection I can see between that and the hard disk issue.
