HD Channels disappeared

Have had HD since first day HD boxes came out, got email offering free upgrade to sky Q , this is being installed in couple weeks , went to watch tv to find my HD channels  have disappeared , phone sky and after a lot of passing around told they can't be re added! 

Anyone know anyway around this like I say I have had HD, and been paying for it since day one, and it it's still showing on my account

Have the channels swapped TV Guide slots (800 range) as even SD only box still have the HD channels listed

yes the channels are listed in the 800s but I can't view them , I get a message telling me to upgrade, and I can't watch my recordings of sky HD channels either

So the channels have not disappeared you have lost authrisation to them

 

There is nothing you can do if Sky refuse to fix the issue for you

@Heatherjmc Is there any chance that, as part of your switch to Sky Q, either you or Sky haven't added the HD subscription to your new package . It's possible, therefore, that the HD sub has already been removed.

Hi,

yes I think that what's has happened , they have made a right hash of it, I have lost access to HD channels and they have unpaired my multi room boxes, even though I was told I would be keeping exactly the same package when I move to Q, and I'm not actually getting Q 

till next week, they have also only put one new multi room mini box and the order when I ordered two.


Apparently they can't add the HD channels back or re pair the cards, " as my boxes aren't supported any more" so I am stuck with it.
