Got a new sky box but need to pair viewing card to new box, how do I do this?

A replacement Sky+ box? If so you can't.

So basically Sky+, being a legacy package, is no longer supported by Sky.

You can no longer pair a viewing card to any other Sky+ / Sky+HD box that it wasn't paired to at the end of October 2024.

You can still call Sky to discuss your options which will be upgrading to Sky Q or moving to Glass / Steam to continue to view Sky content through a Sky subscription.

@Paul8212 if you paid for the box, I'd see about getting your money back. A replacement Sky+ box is only good for viewing, not recording the free to air channels.
