Downloading 1 program takes 24 hours Sky+hd

Customer Services told me to use Sky+rebuild and it still takes 24 hours to download 1 program.

If your Sky box is connected via wifi, the most likely cause is poor wifi speed where your Sky box is positioned.

Plusnet says that they hsd checked broadband and telephone line,so the trouble is  with sky.

The broadband speed to your router may well be fine - that's what Plusnet can measure. However, they can't possibly measure the wifi speed from  your router to your Sky box which is likely to be the cause.
