Double listings of ITV channels on Sky programme listings

This is a problem with my Sky+, not ITV. 

My programme planner shows double listings for ITV channels, 2 x ITV 1, 2 x ITV 2 etc.  Recording an ITV programme, shows twice on my planner and stops me recording another programme at a similar time. 

Screen prints have been sent to Sky, only for customer service to redirect me to ITV X site. This is a Sky + issue. 

Help, please!

Problem solved.  Thank you so much.  I shall come here with my next question, whenever that is.  Sky customer services are hopeless.
