hi there I have sky plus box (the old box) and the most basic entertainment package on sky will I be able to get the the offer of Disney+ with this package?

I'am afraid not, you will get a few odd series via the "A touch of Disney+" option but that is ot. To see what is available use Sky Go on your mobile as the content that appears there will be on your Sky+ box.
