is there a problem with this? there a live chat or phone so I can arrange it directly?

Sky no longer provide engineer support for Sky+ systems (where you've posted). I'm not too sure how that affects customers with Sky+ moving home.

Re: Customer service / moving home
@Lee1799 I would guess it means that if your new home has a Sky Q compatible dish, or no dish, you would have to upgrade to Sky Q for a Sky engineer to attend. The alternative would be to employ your own local satellite engineer to do the work needed.
If the new home has a Sky+ compatible dish, you can just connect your Siy+ box up yourself.
Or you could upgrade to Sky Stream assuming your Internet connection is good enough, and do away with a dish completely.
