Connection to internet

In settings it says, good connection to internet. When I press the home button it says no connection

Try a planner rebuild as it can fix odd issues like this:

 

Try a planner rebuild:


Press Services on your remote

Select Help

Select Sky+ Rebuild


This should take no longer than 10 minutes, don't do it if you are recording or due to start recording something. Your recordings and downloads are safe when doing this.

@Juliemorten this doesn't sound like a Sky+ box issue. Do you have Sky Q? Or Sky Stream?
