Hi, I have spoken to Sky support team and they say they dont support sky+hd box and suggest to upgrade to Sky Q or Sky stream.

 

In regards to the problem,  I am able to watch prime, YouTube etc so the WiFi is working. When I try to watch 'Catch up Tv' or 'Sky store' , I get message to connect to Internet. Also noticed in settings 'connection to on demand' goes to Fail

 

In system details i see model no R024.092.11.00P and version no 4f3180, which i understand is the latest version.

 

Pl let me know if you require any other details.

Prime and Youtube are not on Sky+ so are unrelated, just beause some devices work with your wifi does not mean wifi is fully working
