Communal Building Issue - NEED ENGINEER

Hi There,

i'm a building manager we've had a sky engineer attend to fit sky Q to a Resident. in doing so they have disconnected the shared signal box causing a site wide building issue so now the communal wiring doesn't work and it's interrupted all TVs in the block. I need someone out. I've tried so many times to get someone!! How can I go directly to sky! That isn't a call center that gives me wrong numbers or automated responses

@Jesssjsne I'm afraid you won't be able to book an engineer via this community as we are all customers here.  I don't know if there is a direct route for any building management team to get Sky out to fix an issues you state they caused.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Jesssjsne

I would think the company responsible for the maintenance of the communal system would be more appropriate to call out.

Who gets billed can be resolved once service is restored.
