Channels 109 & 110 bad reception/connection?

All other channels are OK but 109 / 110 are badly pixalated and bad refresh

You've posted this in the Sky+HD forum so assuming that's what you have, the Services button is near the top of the remote, under the Sky button. You can see it on the image on this page:
