Hi, I have a sky hd box (can't have Q due to location), this morning when I put the sky channels on I have a message on my screen which reads to watch press the red button or visit sky viewing help.com I can get the normal bbc1, bbc2, itv, c4 etc but receive the message when I go on any sky channels, have switched box on and off and wiped the card in box and put it back?
