We just get the caption on the playlist but it won't open i.e. play

Highlight the Failed recording in your Planner and press i on your remote. The failure reason will be,shown on screen.

Playlist, are you a Sky Glass or Sky Q customer as you have posted this in the Sky+ forum.

If you are in RoI, some BBC NI content will not 'Playlist' on Sky Glass/Stream
