I cannot watch any sky channels it says the viewing card is not authorised, if you have received a new viewing card please insert it now ( I haven't) for more information go to sky viewing help. Com
followed the instructions and still nothing

Are you using a different Sky Box?
Have you ordered Sky Q in the past couple of months and had the order canceled for any reason?
