Call me sky is terrible

Tv - remote dose not work and loses connection when watching tv.

internet is supposed to be much better than we had with bt. It is so slow in reality I have to turn my WiFi of to use my phone it is so bad.  Can't speak to anyone for help just go round and round in circles on automated help pages. . We are very fed up

Your thread title suggests you want Sky to call you. That's not going to happen. You need to instigate contact.
