Hi I just moved home n had a new box sent out n now both boxes don't work

@Helen342  You've posted in the Sky+ board, however Sky no longer support Sky+ nor would they have sent you a replacement Sky+box, so which box are you actually using?

 

 

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
