Blue Screen Appearing every 10 seconds for about 2 seconds

Intermittently I get a blue screen appearing every 10 seconds for about 2 seconds duration. This interrupts the programme and makes it unwatchable.

@SquareeyedJ ...and this is on Sky+? Or do you have Sky Stream/Glass or Sky Q?

@bettyboop67 turn your Sky box off at the plug and put your tv in standby.  Disconnect the HDMI cable from both your tv and Sky box, swap the ends over and reconnect it. Then restart your Sky box and check whether it's ok.
