@Dukju  This doesn't sound like a Sky+ message but your actual TV.   Have you used the TV's own remote?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

As @GD1 indicates, 'rescan' is a concept intrinsic to Freeview, not satellite broadcasting.  A Sky remote won't have any buttons or settings relevant to Freeview (or a button to dismiss such a message): those are on the television remote.
