All channels saying technical fault 

have unplugged and reset box but still saying the same 

anyone else having issues

@78Diane  Which Box do you have as you've posted in the Sky+ section and doesn't sound like a Sky+ issue

 

Do you have Sky Q, or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
