3 channels not receiving signal

Crime and Investigation channels 156 and 256 and 171 Smithsonian channel are showing message( Mini TV. No signal received ) All other channels are fine.

Been through all the re initalising. Am told it is something to do with the providers of channel and  Sky would  rectify. This has not happened. Whays gping on?
