What happens on the night?

The first hour of the programme is completely free.

One hour into the event, our tech team 'encrypt' the signal. This means we filter out all viewers that haven't paid for the event. At this point you will see a BLUE SCREEN.

When you see the blue screen, it will state that to view the rest of the programme, you have to order and pay for the ticket.

If you have bought the event, all you need to do is re-order the tickets using your remote. You will not be charged twice. This is just a re-confirmation step.

We understand that this is frustrating to some users; but once this step is completed, you'll be able to catch the fight with plenty of time to spare!
