How to program your Sky remote control

Bought a new TV? Find out the right code to control key functions, including the volume, with your Sky remote.

First and foremost:

• Find out which version remote you're using
• Search for likely Codes
• Follow our step-by-step guide

Check out some handy shortcuts available on your Sky+HD remote

Once you have the new code, follow the steps below.

(Take a look at the video at the bottom of the page for help following these steps.)

1. Press TV,
2. hold Select and Red until the light blinks twice.
3. Enter 4 digit code XXXX
4. Press Select
5. Adjust volume to check this has been successful.
