I was sold sky stream/broadband package last july and its been an unmittigated disaster as far as delivering what i was sold. { i previously had BT tv that worked perfectly through a BT box}
Soon after instal i noticed that live tv failed to load, froze, sound dropped etc. It was particularly bad post 8pm. I called and reported the issue and was told that i was receiving the minimum download speed of 15mb and that all should be okay........ive since buried my head and not watched much live tv due to it being near unwatchable. Today i called again and was told that i need 30mb download for sky stream to work as intended, a speed my sky broadband can't get close to delivering. {often its as low as 5mb post 8pm).
Im left stuck in a contract, paying for a product that has never delivered as sold and should not have been sold. Any advice on how to resolve would be appreciated.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@valentke As you say, it would appear as though you have been sold something that is never going to work correctly with your current Broadband.
I would either consider upgrading your broadband or requesting that you be reverted to Sky Q (provided you are able to have a satellite dish).
If you wanted to make a complaint and ask Sky to cancel your existing contract you can do so at the following link: Complaint form You will need to sign into your My Sky account.
