tv stream

i can't watch anything through this streaming box , it's been like this for months but with not being home my wife and child just watch netflix that i've to pay extra for 😡😡😡😡😡

Have you reported it to Sky? What did they suggest?

Sky stream requires a stable internet connection of at least 30-35 Mbps.

 

Have you checked to see what speed the puck is getting by running the Network troubleshooting diagnostic via the Netflix app on the puck available via the Help mention within Netflix?
