sky stream puck freezees & crashes

Just switched to Sky and seriously regretting it - the puck keeps freezing & crashing -> restarts itself -> freezes and crashes, etc.
Was on the live chat for ages, didn't get resolved. Started router over and over, still not resolved. Should have stuck with EE, what a mare.

I have a similar problem. I constantly get an error message saying: There is a technical fault with this programme Please try again later. I have rebooted and switched on and off several times. Once rebooted, it works for about 20 minutes and then starts freezing again. Don't know why I have entered into a 24 month contract. What a waste of money
