sky stream keeps freezing

welcome to my world  too. there is every excuse given and making you waste your time prolonging the pain. Making you do all the chasing with phone calls this on mine now has been over two weeks at least. But gess, my problem is nothing to do with  whats happing now., or mabe it is and they hoped it would just settle down and go way. Its just happening to you?

I finally got fibre in June this year and it's been fine since

Mine is on a 1gb wired network and still freezes.

I'm having the same issue. It got so bad with the constant rebooting of my puck that I swapped it for the puck in the bedroom but that has made no difference. I've got a 1gb internet connection and both pucks are using Ethernet and WiFi connections used.
