seting up

i keep getting the message when setting up my sky stream puck, it says sorry there is a techmical issue we are working hard to resolve it please try again later. I have unplugged the puck turned my broadband off and on but still get the same message

Hi @jimmyb3  I would try the recovery process as outlined in step 4 of the help article below.  Ignore the heading of the article as I appreciate this is not your issue but the recovery process is the same.
