re Linking after factory reset sky stream

Hi, my sky stream puck wouldnt connect to my sky internet and after following all the steps given to help connect back to internet it still didnt work so i factory reset my puck and its now connecting to the internet however when it comes to linking to the account when i use the web brouser link and qr code it brings me to "this page is restricted" any advice or help would be much appreciated thanks

 @Charlton4 you'll have to call, I think. Sky recommend only carrying out a factory reset under their direct instruction as it can cause just this sort of issue.
