Hi all I've been with sky broadband and tv and the sky stream puck I've been given keeps crashing while watching tv and then crashes so am having to keep turning it on and off again. Have checked the speed it's receiving and it's 220 mbps so don't think it's a issue with broadband speed. There's on other devices nearby such as a cordless phone or anything that I think could be causing interference. It happens at least 2 to 3 times a day. Any advice appreciated. Thanks.
I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it. Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages. Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.

Ours keep on crashing been 2 days now, I've had stream since the start, got 6 pucks and they are all doing it, they keep freezing on live tv, any channel and then it restarts, they are not watchable at present, I have 400mps going to puck.
