premature delivery

I received an email saying that a SKY parcel is being delivered to a flat in Fulham.  But I do not move into the flat until 23 October.

Sky won't delay orders of hardware. They tend to be shipped out immediately. You'd better ring them and hope the parcel doesn't get stolen at the Fulham address.

Afraid you are going to have to call Sky and cancel that order and reorder once you have moved or perhaps for the day before.

 

As it mentions in the Sky delivery information article;

We can’t update your delivery address after you’ve placed your order and our delivery partners won't be able to update this either. If it's wrong, get in touch with us.

We’ll need to cancel your order and then change your address by placing the order again.

Plus, be aware that a Sky Stream  puck will activate automatically once delivered.

Streaming TV billing starts when you activate your Sky Stream puck* and any subscriptions are charged a month in advance.

*One to watch out for: If you don’t activate your Sky Stream puck within 21 days of delivery, your subscription and billing will start automatically
