new sky steaming puck not working

puck not working, on reset it cuts out after a few seconds to a blank sceen and a power light is flashing

Have you tried unplugging it for a few minutes and retrying ??

I would suggest a phone call to sky they may talk your through a complete reboot and reset and sort out a new device if needed
