missing music channels

I recently changed from Sky Q to Sky Stream when I changed my subscription I maintained numerous music channels including VH1, the Box, 4music, Kerrang etc.

Several weeks ago my music channel list changed and I now have only 4 MTV music channels.

How am I able to get my full list of music channels back?

@Annabobs79  You can't get them, back they hacve ceased broadcasting on ALL platforms

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: missing music channels

VH1 UK closed down several years ago  in January 2020.

The Box, Kiss, Magic, Kerrang and 4Music all closed on 1st July.

A spokesperson for Channel 4 confirmed to RXTV on Friday that the music channels 4Music, Kerrang, Kiss, Magic and The Box will no longer be available from Monday 1st July 2024.

At this point, the services will be delisted from Sky, Freesat and Virgin Media.

Channel 4’s spokesperson told RXTV "We will be closing our Box network of channels from 1st July across all platforms – as they are no longer of sufficient scale to deliver meaningful return on investment. Our strategy reflects the generational shift in TV viewing and involves reducing costs – particularly in linear activities – to allow us to invest in digital priorities and stay competitive in a world of global entertainment conglomerates and social media giants.”
