freezing,turning off

Help!!! my puck keeps freezing , especially during football! or it frequently turns off and i have to reboot the puck. its also now not letting me log into apple !  any advice appreciated, i spoke to sky who ran through updates etc and now its worse if thats possible. Regretting leaving virgin now 😞
