disconnect a stream puck from account
Need to block a puck on account due to misuse, -

@KJC4 You can't block a puck per se, you could just simply remove it from the room in question if you think it's being misused. although it's not clear how that is being acheived.

You will need to speak to sky:
"Remove a device
Want to remove a Streaming TV device from your account? You'll need to get in touch with us to do this.
Important: Before you remove a device, make sure you complete a Factory Reset to remove your personal data from the device, if possible"
