YouTube not loading on puck

Hi. I am new to Sky Stream having previously had Sky Q. I received my Sky glass air tv and a puck on Friday. YouTube works fine on the Sky tv but won't open on the puck. I get the coloured wheel thing for a few seconds then it reverts back to the homepage. I have tried all the suggested fixes, un plugging for ten minutes, app refresh and puck reboot etc but still no YouTube. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @IC24 

 

Try reinstalling the app in Settings > system management> apps and updates > reinstall apps.

 

This is new functionality and is different to an app refresh.

Thanks for the reply. I have tried re installing the YouTube app and after a few seconds I get a message stating that the latest version is installed.  The problem is still the same.

Just an update.

My talktalk eero did an update in the early hours of this morning. I tried opening the YouTube app after this update and it opened without any issues. Fingers crossed this has resolved the problem.

Update 2.

Tried to load YouTube again tonight and unfortunately it's back Square one. It refuses to open. Ah well. Back to the drawing board.
